I am cuurently downloading the game and I was wondering , With the classes can you change the gender or is each class a specific gender?

It's specific at the moment, they are still working on making an option to change the gender. Hope this helped.

Edit: Titan's=Male, Knight's=Male, Healers=Female, Mages=Female, Rouge=Female, and Sorceror=Male.

Yeah its a pity you cant change gender... would love to lvl a male wizard

For now u can choose the class u like and give it a name referring to ur gender.
