I started at Long Xi while my friend started at Wu. How do I find him? I can't add him on friendlist without meet him ingame?

You can find each other at a place called Peach Garden. You can find the NPC named Peach Nymph in the market area. When you are there there are 3 sections to the Peach Garden. Central, East, and West. Just find the one your friend is at.
