pvp arena for lower lvls only please

Can we get an arena where the lower lvls can play so the higher lvl bullies cant keep 1 hitting us and running everyone out ? Too many high lvl jerks think they own the servers and you cant do anything with out them picking on you.

I completely agree with this inquisitive thread. 0.o I play LastChaos and it would be pretty great to be able to battle new/ low lvl toons against similar bodies. Always get hit by a higher lvl toon while dueling a friend.
