Whenever I start up the game this pop-up box says:Renderer Device create failed!! and I can't play..And when I click OK or close it shuts down the game and takes me to this weird site with random symbols..and on the box (says:Renderer Device create failed!!) It also has random symbols!!
Please help I really want to play this game!

Try changing resolutions and video settings. Also make sure you have the latest DirectX and video card driver updates.

it generally means your graphics driver isn't installed properly and you need to get the driver installed properly
