It's too big and I can't move it up because it snaps back down. :\

I can't press the "Options" or "Full Scan" or "Start Game" button. D:

just click upside the game windows and move it up

You can't be serious - I already said this in the first post - "I can't move it up because it snaps back down."

And I had thought that there was a valid response to my question. :\

Try adjusting your screen resolution for now?

Right click your desktop and personalize, or use your control panel. Try some different sizes, til you get one that you like.

start the client, wait a few second until the scan is done, then press enter you will get into the game.
But you should change your resolution
