Looks like a CPU overload. You may need a better graphic card/ram.

firewall on? its probably being blocked by an anti virus if not, reinstall delete the folder, turn off pc and try again, i think it has to do with something blocking it not allowing a connection or just not allowing the program in general.

What operating system is it? I never see that type of window when a program crashes on my XP computer. Only Vista or W7 have that type.

You may have to add the exe file to the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) list. Run as Administrator, or disable UAC (User Access Control).

Just a few suggestions, without more details I can't really think of more... Good luck.

Win vista/7

open control panel, then system
On the left, click advanced system settings
Click the andvanced tab
then click the data execution tab
The check "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select"
click add and add the launcher.exe file from the aeriagames>EdenEternal folder.

As far as UAC, go into control panel again and open user Accounts, then click "Change User Account control Settings"
Then set it to never notify me.
This will require a reboot.

Did either of those things fix it?
Mine's done the exact same thing yet it was working perfectly an hour ago.
Please let me know, it stressed me out way more than is healthy and yes I know it's a stupid reaction to have to a game but oh well v.v
