Hi, need help for playing with a proxy in my area.
i must use proxy that 152.118.xxx.x with 8xxx port to use internet..
but if i use that proxy i can't play eden eternal. The Launcher won't download file list etc..

anyone have solution ?? thx b4..GBU Smile

I have already installed lasted patch - 2 new race. But today when i tried to log on, it's keep saying HTTP (and FPT) cant connect, waiting to retry download version.txt.
I tried your fix, edit the ini file, reinsatlled game, delete cookies, ad even tried unoffical fix, but still no progress.
It worked perfectly fine before, if not count about lagging isuse.
Is there any else fix you can offer?
I tried to search whole forum, but all is connected to this thread. some said they ware working with this problem but it's about more then 2 month ago.

Edit: The problem above is on laptop, I have another PC using same router to connect, I tried to install the game on PC and it's work fine! But in my laptop isn't. keeing saying same thing " cant connect... cant connect"
I tried to do all your fix, change IP etc. At first looking the problem, it's get impression that it's net problem, but y using same ADSL line but PC work and Laptop not? Is there somekind of setting changed on laptop so that not allow game on it to download version.txt?

When im using my laptop while playing on ch1 it keeps on freezing and i got dc'd 7 times alreadyd.

But i do know tht Ch1 in Emerald is always laggy coz some ppl are selling in Aven. is driving me nuts i got stuck between two screens. T_T

I have the same problem on a PC, so it isn't a laptop problem.
atm, my PC cannot even go to the homepage of EE properly (the images doesn't load, text only).
Hope they can fix it soon.

if you can't fix it with this just check if you have any porxy program on it fixed it for me to quit the one i had(tried to fix lag-.-)

I believe that you can fix this error by turn the UI catching off in the setting

is this effective? i follow what the instructions tell but.. still can't patch,
