You see, this is the situation:
1. They delivered my 1st day rewards to me on the 2nd day? of the raffle.
2. They only delivered a portion of the rewards.
3. I bought 10 tickets on the 3rd day the moment I logged in and then realised to my horror they gave me gems instead of Ores.
4. I submitted a ticket to request for help/refund/whatever on the 3rd day.
5. Waited 2 days and received no response.
6. On the 3rd day after filing the ticket for help, they listed the winners for the 2nd - 6th day winners.
7. My name is listed on the 2nd and 3rd day.
8. I decided to simplify the "problem" of having bought the tickets without knowing the change in contents by requesting to withdraw, thus not create a bigger problem because of winning the 3rd day raffle.
9. I waited yet another day and I did not receive any response AT ALL.
My worries are these:
1. Will they refund my 3rd day raffle ticket purchase? And thus remove my qualification from winning the 3rd day Raffle?
2. If so, how are they going to remove the items from my inventory? And what about my lost time in which I waited for them to rectify the problem before I could purchase more Raffle tickets for the Ores because by purchasing more, the items in the inventory would become even more complicated to solve?
That is why I posted Mr Dochisarang.
I have every right to participate in the Raffle like everybody else dont I? Its just not fair for me to wait for Aeria to solve my problems before I could participate dont you think? Unless of course they could just give me a heads up/hint to go ahead with any purchase meantime and guarantee to solve all missing items/refunded items PERFECTLY in the end.
