Did you need to send in a ticket for the rebate? ...
I didn't, but nor did I claim the mini tiered :s

Ok, so to start with they set a timeframe of 10 days for something which should only take 2 - 3 and has been done in the past in a much shorter timeframe...

Any other company would offer compensation when they pass their own timefrime, what does this company do? Says bad luck, wait longer.

Just another great example of the absolutely pathetic customer service that has plagued this game for 4 years...

Oh let me guess, people are too busy with all the promos to focus on getting the prizes out...Hint, instead of flogging 1 promo after another to milk as much cash as you can, how bout you focus on satisfying the ones that are actually spending, before you have none left.
