Go for the usual 7luc and 2dex and link both stats :] you should have at least 600luc and 300dex.

In order to hit 600/300 you will need fully linked heroic accessories as well as armour fully linked with 6's and 5's

This is certainly something to aim for - but it will be extremely expensive.
