When the aeria(and ONLY aeria) portal stops working for around 18 hours, did we get any explanation? Or any reason why it took so long?
When the portal appears to be down again, do the GMs seem to acknowledge it with a thread that keeps us posted?
If AGE isnt willing to do these very BASIC things, required of most games, maybe it should stop hosting it. Its very frustrating to have an account that you cannot get to at random times, with no reasons, or forewarning, and nothing to make up for when you lose out because the game was inaccessible to AGE users at a certain time.

Unfortunately we do not have staff in the office 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. The best way for us to address any and all portal issues is to send an email through our Contact Center. From there, we can escalate everything to the proper division.

But back to this do we get something for this waiting.. we lost basicly over 40 hours couse of aeria games(loader 2 times down within 4 days for over 20 hours)

I wouldnt have minded the 40 hours if it had been an hour or 2 here and there.but...I mind the no dailies for 2-3 days and no silver/gold cards from cap battles/betting.

true... i wish they would give us at least some silver for that down... but we can dream of it at least
The game will most likely be up around 4pm gmt+2 (earliest they start to work lol..)
