When you meet certain requirements, you will attain some Achievement and obtain some Achievement points. The number of Achievement points you can get from an Achievement depends on the difficulty level to attain the Achievement.
Click on achievments tab to open it, you can see the buttons to manage Achievements.

Some Achievements are claimed automatically while some must be claimed manually.
The Achievements that can be claimed automatically
When you attain an Achievement, a reminder will pop up and the system will announce it in the world chat channel according to the difficulty level to attain the Achievement.
The format to announce an Achievement attained: Player XXX has attained XXX achievement. Let us say congratulations to XXX!
The Achievements that must be claimed manually
When you attain an Achievement, you can click the related button on your character stats panel to claim it.

When you attain an Achievement, you also win a certain title. All titles must be claimed manually.

Title can be used. When you use a title, the title name will be shown in front of your character name. Only one title can be active at a time. The place to show the active title is shown as the picture below:

Top Achievement System
Top Achievements will be granted to players who acquire an Achievement first and they are class-specific. For example, when a mage obtains the “Fatal Killer” achievement, a system message in the form of “XXX is the first mage to acquire the “Fatal Killer” achievement on the server” will be announced throughout the server. Players can access the Top Achievement interface via the upper right panel on the Achievement page.
