Think of it as getting the lose on the Loot Forge. You get "Nothing" Razz
Also, how do I get crap in Ch2 at 4 PST but that guy didn't.

Where can I file a complaint?

I was logged in and I did not get any gift. At all.

This is the 2nd time I've been screwed out of an event and it's really annoying me. >.>
