Inactives / 'never-actually-played'

overwhelmed by useless spots on map
256 pages of zero poulation players..that's 2560 spots that could be better used for those of us that actually play. Didnt even bother counting the 1-prestige or 1-population players..felt that would have been more disheartening. Please...can we sweep server 2? The 150 or so actives left on the server would really appreciate it.
