Well, I've decided to write a new story, and I actually want help constructing the story's world. There won't be any "ooh I'm gonna be THIS character" like in The Birth of WolfTeam. I just want help crafting the setting and the plot. I want this story to be a community project. I will do all the writing, but the story will be yours. That is if you take it seriously. If you're going to troll, just

don't bother.

As far as plot goes, I have this far.

A country (Country A, also where the 2 main Protagonists are from) invades (Country B) for a resource country C has. (My chosen resource I'm not going to reveal. But you can probably bet it's WolfTeam related.)

From this, it can split.

Country A enlists Country C's help because they are struggling. (Country A must be weaker than B)

Country B enlists Country C's help to fend off country A.

The first protagonist is going to be a soldier in Country A's military.

The second is going to be ruler of country A, or a powerful person. (If country A is a republic).

Now, what I need are traits for each country. See next post for the choices...

Country A

Government Type 1
A: Absolute Monarchy
B: Totalitarian/Dictatorship
C: Constitutional Monarchy
D: Republic
E: Communist

Geography 2
A: Mountainous/Mountain Valley
B: Sahara-like Desert
C: Dense Pine-forest (North)
D: Swampy (Southern)
E: Plains (Similar to US midwest)
F: Lowlands with light forests
G: Taiga (Russia-like)
H: Fire Steppes
I: Island Chain / Archipelago

Dealing with other Ethnicities 3
A: Mixed Culture, takes in immigrants from many countries
B: Isolated, keeps borders shut tight, Unique culture
C: Not Isolated, but discriminates against non-native peoples

(Their Culture I will largely base upon their Geography)

Economy 4
A: Thriving Capitalist
B: Failing Capitalist
C: Communist
D: Poor Socialist
E: Decent Socialist

Technology 5

With this, instead of picking only one, pick more than one. :O

Weapons

A: Simple Metal Melee Weapons (Swords, Spears, Shields) (Going to be included)
B: Simple Ranged Weapons (Bows, Throwing Axes)
C: Crossbow
D: Large Anti-Infantry (Ballista, Simple Flamethrower)
E: Siege Weapons (Cannons, Onagers)
F: Early Guns (Muskets)
G: Machine Guns / Modern Light Arms

Economic/Industrial

H: Traditional Substance Farms
I: Intensified/Industrial Farms
J: Engines (Coal, Steam, Magic?, Water powered)
K: Factories/Mass Production
L: Specialized Artisan Shops (No Mass production)
M: Slavery

Country B

I will contrast in relation to Country A.

Country C

Will be a middle-ground between A and B's cultures.

This would be a Absolute Monarchy with a decent socialist economy. It lies in the north where thick forests are. Their borders are open, but they dislike non-natives. They have simple technology, using simple melee and ranges weapons. Farming for food is at the subsistence level, and specialized artisans make goods needed by the people, rather than large companies mass producing items.







If you take the time to read through this and really fill it out seriously, then I'd like you to also help me with the plot a little. If anything, I don't want this to be a story I write alone, but a community project. ^^

The people are hard working and self reliant. Persons who emigrate to the country must show their worth, but once entering are immediately accepted. Skilled craftsman abound. Weapons are a point of honor and duels are common, typically with melee weapons. Projectile weapons are almost all customized, with weapons from elite craftsman highly prized. The country has reached a point where it must grow or it will stagnate. The government has begun looking for a way to achieve this.

Steppes. Mostly dry (not as much as a desert). No trees, just large fields of short grass.

Also (prolly should've mentioned) you can't really have a communist economy with an absolute monarchy as government. Also, slavery and isolated in the north pines? You want this country to be evil don't you? xD

Anyways, I guess I'll just mix you guys' stuff.

It'll be an Absolute monarchy with a failing capitalist economy. Traditional Agriculture, mixed culture. The country is made up of multiple nations that have been gained through conquest. Some parts are Taiga, North Pines, and Lowlands with light forests.

Weapons are: Melee, Crossbow, and Large Anti-Infantry
Eco/Indu: Steam Engines, Artisan Shops, Slavery
