Sounds like a backlog is imminent?

I was last logged in at 4 a.m. on July 16th est and checked to see if the ne event had started and found that it was unavailable. I just logged back in at 1:04 a.m. est. on July 17th and found that the special tiered spender event had ended. When I looked at the time of availability I saw that I should have been able to redeem it yesterday morning. I would have only have been able to claim at level 2 but at the same time it would have been greatly appreciated. Is there any course of action that I can take to rectify this issue? If so please let me know thank you.
