A Sorcerer formed a party with a Mage a few hours ago, and I showed him a drop of Blue Candy I'd just gotten amongst the Drakes. Unfortunately, when masterminght picked it up, it went to my inventory. I was disconnected shortly thereafter, and when I (promptly) made it back on, I saw the candy and tried to PM him, to no avail.
Whether or not he cares about the item itself, I hope he sees this so he'll know I was NOT deliberately running off with something of his. After getting disconnected at a bad moment, I merely want to do the right thing.

thats a very nice thing to do. not alot of people would go out of thier way to contact someone about u getting the item they picked up in a party usually its u get it u keep it i just thought id let u know u have my respect for that its great to see such kind players like you

heheheh i was in solo party with Gator and he buffed me with horse buffs

he kill larve and me soldiers and i just arrived to get another buff when he had HS drop, when he picked up HS i got it

a half hour i have to explain him that was his drop and i wanna give it to him ^^ oh sure he call me hardhead ^^

Yes, it is a game, but is that an excuse to give honesty and fairness short shrift? Hardly! Don't we all wish more people behaved in-game as they might face-to-face with us?

Thanks everyone! I still haven't found this missing sorcerer, but I guess I feel less idiotic for ending up with his item. I know "it's just candy", but I also know that's not the point.
