How to Redeem a Prime Stone
Submit an RT via the Contact us link, under 'Promotion Reward Redemption' with the following info:

(Your account name)
(Character holding gear)
(Name, seals and + of gear to be upgraded)

Example:
aeria_ks1lent
AGEks1lent
crimson quill gloves B6 antistune +3
I would like to use my Prime Stone to make these +16

NOTE: Prime Stone Tickets AND Gear must be on the same character in the characters inventory.

In order to best service your ticket, we will need you to place your items in the following manner:



ALSO: Platinum Refining Stones will make the process LONGER! If you are able, please opt to not upgrade items already including a PRS.

FAQ
Q: Can this stone really upgrade ANYTHING to +16?
A: Yes. From your level 1 starter weapon, to your 165 Casting Staff. Anything!

Q: Can I still use Master Stones on my equipment after using a Prime Stone?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I upgrade my equipment to +10 with a Prime Stone?
A: Yes, but why would you even want to do that..?
