Another tab for "Billing Inquiries"

"I purchased but did not receive my game item"

This seems to be a common issue with Last Chaos and I don't know about any other games. I also think it is common enough to have its own selection under billing inquiries. I help a lot of people through recovering "lost" items and I can see the benefit of having an option that suits their needs present.

I agree. This occurance is happening more and more these days and though fixing it would be the better thing to do, this is still a good idea.

Lost items are not for the Billing department. But for support. Billing department is mainly dealing with AP related issues. Not with Game-Items.
