I think they should put less AP 50 and I have as I want to give coin but only minimum is 500 ap ap ask that the less Thanks

Has been suggested many times in the past. But hasn't been implemented, I'm sure there's a good reason why.

i can't buy coins after i purchased AP.
it told me to wait 15min but i already wait for 8 hours.
i checked my e-mail and opened a ticket as it told me.
but no one give me an answer, the ticket is still unopened.
i want to buy coins for the GM daily tasks, it seems no much time now.

Try logging out and logging back in. Sometimes that helps. If that doesn't work, then try using a different internet browser (safari, chrome, firefox, internet explorer, cometbird, etc). If you still have the problem, then contact a G M through contact us.

"Your account has been placed on temporary hold (Suspension) for purchases. For security purposes, please contact us immediately at: http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing and select the issue type 'My account has been place on temporary hold for security purposes'. (Account verification may be required)"

i'm a first time buyer, maybe it cause the problem
i already submit my ticket for several hours, but non of the GM give me an answer.

To resolve this, simply follow the instructions.

Go to here and fill out the form.
Select 'My account has been place on temporary hold for security purposes'
and fill out the form.
You can find the transaction ID by going here and looking for the transaction where you added AP to your account.

After you fill out the form, you can expect to hear an answer within 48 hours (usually a lot faster).

There's a lot of reasons on why your account could of been suspended. I won't go over them here, but fill out the form and they'll tell you exactly why and how to resolve it.

the AP and the coins is OK for me , but i missed the GM daily task.
