I Didn't get any package for the rank 11th-20th wealth.
I was ranked 12th 4/26/11, but now a lot lower since people got all that money from payout... My IGN is Lyfe

No one else recived those heroes( legennd kind ). It`s not fair. The legend hero is more powerful !

No it clearly stated that the prizes were for the top 50 in:

Rule During activity, we will take records on the ranking of Prestige, Wealth and hero’s level. The top 50 players will be rewarded. The rewards will be sent according to the ranking list which is recorded at 24:00(Server Time) on April 26, 2011.
