what to do if nksp is removed by your antivirus(Norton Only)

if your client doesnt work and your antivirus(if its norton) tells you that nksp has been removed this is how you fix it.
1. find your norton icon in the system tray and double click it than click on quarantine. (scan now/history/quarantine)

you'll then get another norton popup and at the top where it says show click the drop down menu and look for the option SONAR activity.

the box right next to that one you'll see the details.

click on options underneath the recommended action tab which brings up another norton menu with 2 options restore or remove.

click restore and it puts nksp back in the LC folder.

*EDIT* for people who have norton but different versions of it that cant find what im talking about all you gotta do is open your Security History menu and go from there

@azn_sagar

First off you want to remove or disable Norton (If you remove i recommened comodo as a replacement it is 100% free and reliable http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/free-internet-security.php)

Now you want to run a registry cleaner such as jv16 powertools ( http://www.macecraft.com )
then i would recommend using this file to place LC manually on your PC (Ty to andaro for this)

Hope this Works

nksp is there, but it still doesnt work...

as mentioned in the title, it still won't work
The option to get rid of it shows up but i leave it, yet it still says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click OK to terminate the application." Any ideas on a fix?

If you are an AVG user try to follow these steps:
- In *Generav View*, go to *Resident Protection*;

-then move your mouse to the botton and click in *Manage Exceptions*;
-On there you have a box where you can add files and applications that by exception will not be blocked by AVG, in case you need them.
-Click in the first button from your right side of the screen;
-once you do that , add both nskp and lc exe, then click in *Apply*, then in *Ok*.

NOTE: to search for both applications, after you click to add them, type both names in the small search box of the opening box that will appear once you click in the button of your right side screen.
-also, when you click in *apply* and *ok*, it will ask permission and possibly a password from the computer's user. Just put the password and move forward.

This might be confusing but i hope this helps.

-Opens AVG
-says "AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2012"
-looks through resident protection
-sees nothing that says exceptions

*note: nevermind, i found it in a different location
