Hmm, could you specify more what problem do you have?

Unable to send ticket about billing issue?
AP is still not credited due to long verification?


Or, is your post meant for answering someone's else question?

I can not open my shop, is giving this bug as it said it wanted to resolve

Oooh, so you purchase AP, and it hasn't been credited to your account.
Gotcha.

Well, wait for about 18 more hours (wait for a day), then if you don't receive your AP after 1 day, please send a ticket to the billing department.

Have your transaction ID ready =)
