Eden Eternal will have a spanish-speaking community? or in the future the game will be translated to Spanish? IP is blocked for Europeans? everyone can play?

Past games made by the same developers all give no/little ip bans. i am sure this one will be the same

other language versions usually come out after the English release if the game results to be popular and will expand on different versions. (no guarantee)
