I think I got a problem. I got enough room for the items, and I got the shipping desk, ore and gems. However, I did not receive the confucian Classics x5. I'm pretty sure I had room for them, would I have to ask a GM about this or am I screwed?

i did not get them either(in fact i think my boss did )but i was so happy getting the other stuff i did not really care.i guess you could send a ticket if you jus' gotta have em....personally i am on the meh...2X honer do -dad opinion....weird how after i got my goodies i feel compelled to respond to these..mabey tryin' to give the GM's a hand for being so nice...whatever...any hope that helps...
also check yur shopping cart history...i think it should show if you got yur yummy stuff there...

Yeah, I asked my friend and he said that doing a post here might help, but sending a ticket would be faster. So I sent one, and their response time was fast. They disconnected me and gave me the items. I read somewhere that they respond within 24 hours but holy, I think it was 30 mins and they responded. At least we know, they are doing their jobs well.

Yup agree. Like give an amount of bonus ap whenever u spend like say 10kap. This will encourage players to keep spending.

Is this still going on? If so i didnt receive the package when i purchased AP and spent AP in DWO for the first time.
