A 3, could be higher if games like DDTank were managed better.

The only game I play is actually Mega10, the GM's are really helpful, and they are always willing to make our community better, unlike what happened on other MMO's I played before, kep up the good work \õ\

Promos have been great, plenty of activities and bonuses for non-AP buyers, prompt and professional handling of tickets, and some excellent work being done from spaznick. Only thing that I've noticed a decline in is the presence of GMs around the forums. It could be time zones and it could be an increased workload, so I'm not going to be critical about that.

Could use quite a bit of improvement. There are certain things that pretty much any programming student could do in mere seconds, such as fixing the rank icons, and yet seem to have been ignored. Promos often are incorrect and sometimes left broken for hours.

I rated poor because the end of month rebates that used to include all GM packages only covered those 3.6k AP and up.

And I had 3.1k AP, so I was left out from this promo. I am sure there are others as well.

Also, the new dungeon of Ep5.3 is bugged for Fury I hear.

And lastly, the pot lag bug of the game is making PvP and PvE difficult, because we click on pots and it doesn't activate!!!

What should I say other than "Poor Service"??

+excellent, GMs have been really friendly, helpful and fast with all my tickets

Kitsu Saga:
-Still many bugs, messed up pvp, laggy recently, rollback, no updates,feels players aren't listened to as it concerns updates priority, pretty much waiting for a new game to get out of here
-Rainbow dust success rates have been dropped by a lot
+ active and nice GMs/GSs that make game play more fun

Web-mall/AP:
-Ridiculous prices on some items
-Promos, Promos, Promos, one after another with OP items,
makes aeria seem desperate for money

Forums:
-Could use improvement in every aspect

Giving a 2 purely cause of the nice and helpful GMs.
When rest improve will be happy to give a 5
