C95 is a very good wep indeed, but in my opinion, this one has become kinda bad since all non-ap gun's fire rate got increased a few updates ago ><

Yes they clearly did. I think it is a part of 12 december's update... not fully sure, and there is nothing official.

But if you take an EM16, the difference is mindblowing. No problem to own with it now.

So I meant it's from january 10th's update, it has been done surely to kill lucian/werewolves (from wolf hunter) more easily.

I thought the same for a while but it's the same for any mode actually ^^ so it's a good thing to fight an ap wep or/and armor user.
