Personality: Calculating, nice, spaces out at points, uneasy about the topic of romance and genders
Background: Mai was a normal girl who wanted to be a Pokemon trainer, help out her family, the nice stuff. An accident changed all that when her brother Naoya went missing when she was six. She began dressing as a boy and even trained her voice to sound so androgynous you wouldn't be able to tell. She goes by the name of Airen and denies her gender, only letting a little of her true femininity out around her Pokemon.

Appearance:

Personality: He's a very calm and collected person with a melancholic look. However, is a fierce defender of Pokemon and you better not say anything about Pokemon as tools. He is also a quite friendly and overall nice person, and a pacifist who would rather avoid his pokemon to fight, since he sees these battles as nonsensic violence. He is also prone to use unorthodox methods for ending the battle prematurely, specially when he fights an unhonorable opponent, such as trying to steal his opponent's pokemon or even attacking the trainer. He doesn't use such methods in good opponents.

Background: He joined Team Magma when he was 14, due to his very idealistic former nature and a very convincing propaganda. However, after seeing how most of the people in there were and how dangerous were really Team Magma's ideals, he defected and declared war on this group, mainly by sabotaging their operations and ruining some of their plans until the Kyogre-Groudon-Rayquaza incident when they stopped their operations indefinitely. Now, he runs a small pokemon farm where he picks and nurses stray and wounded pokemon back to health.
