just paid for my aeria points

never received and account is suspended in the aeria shop
i paid 50 dollars for aeria points and i went on dynasty warriors and it says i am at a -10 and im wondering why i never recieved them but my bank account states that they took the money i need a number to get ahold of aeria help desk or something cuz if i dont get my points i want my money back..... anyone can help me with this my email is removed

Michael Please remove your email from your post. Do not post this in the forums.
In the meantime I shall try to get a mod to edit it out.

I am guessing you mean -1ap. First thing you need to do is check to see if you have received an email from billing. If so reply to this email. If not then use contact us which you will find at the bottom of this page to the right. Choose category Billing and give them the details they require, including your transaction receipt from the company you used to pay.

Thats my recharge history for Dynasty Warriors Online, but when i wanna buy items ( Gear ), my aeria points is minus (-)1. How could that be?!
in my bank account states that they took the money already. if i dont get my points I WANT MY MONEY BACK

maqjang12 if you have -1ap this is a billing issue. First check your emails to see if you have one from billing asking for information. If so reply to this. If not then use Contact Us at the bottom of this page and select billing. Explain your situation and ask for further information.

If it is on this account, there was a rule that new accounts cannot receive ap for 3 days. I am not sure if this rule still applies, but that could be the reason for the delay.

But in email from aeria games, said that My account has been placed on temporary hold (Suspension) for purchases. How could that happened?

there was something which has caused a security step on your account ( read temporarily suspension )

the only way to resolve it is by using the contact us -> billing inquiries
please provide enough informations

I have the same issue that this post is in response to .. I received an email about the contact us-billing inquiries and followed the instructions .. I purchased my AP on Friday evening, followed the email on Saturday, still have an unopened ticket sitting in 'my tickets' and it is now Monday (3 days after my purchase) .. the only response I have gotten is the original email about the contact us-billing inquiries .. is there any other way to resolve this issue? This was my first purchase and I'm seriously considering never purchasing AP again! Any other game I've paid money for has been immediate .. why can't Aeria get there billing system to work like that? I would think that Aeria would want to fix this since buying AP when you have to wait several days to use them is ridiculous! If the issue is with PayPal, then get rid of that option or post a disclaimer about possible delays when checking out using that system. Since there is not option to use a credit card without going through PayPal, one should be added!

I replied to the billing email directly after posting above and was able to use my AP this evening Very Happy .. I made another purchase and was credited immediately! Faith in Aeria Games restored Smile Yippee .. off to buy some cool items!

Well my account got suspended too,, eventhough it is the event period and its been 30 hours since I made a ticket and still no response. This would mean that I am missing eden's tiered event -.......-. These "security measures" are crap, nothing went wrong on my part its just aeria failing.
