My gawd, a month ago a GS (which means Game Sage; a volunteer, someone who has nothing to do with developing or managing the game ) used the word terrorist, and this has been your sole focus ever since.

My sole focus? Don't pretend to know me when you have no idea what you're talking about.
This person is in a position that represents Aeria. Whether they're a volunteer, a developer, or a suit in Aeria's management has no relevance. The use of the word was completely uncalled for, unwarranted, and disgusting to say the least. And the response they gave is the typical type of attitude taken towards suggestions, concerns and opinions around here. The only difference is others here who represent Aeria aren't stupid enough to make such a disgusting accusation in writing. They'd rather just ignore the concerns or continue to completely pass all the blame onto Barunson.
Yes, the reward points system was nice and beneficial, appreciation was shown for it, and it was removed completely. Why give something for free when more revenue can be generated instead? Free Rewards were nice and beneficial, appreciation was shown for them, and they were removed. Again, why give something for free? Instead, they'll tell us people abused them and remove it instead of dealing with those exploiting them properly. Drop farming in certain areas was nice and beneficial, appreciation was shown for it, and it was revamped to increase drop booster sales. Do I need to go on?
It's the same old story. When something is proven to be beneficial and appreciation is shown, if there's any chance that removing the beneficial aspect can mean more revenue generated from AP sales, it's removed or revamped. Speaks volumes as to what Customer Relations mean around here.
