I usually get d/c a couple of times a day, but I am being constantly d/c this evening.

What's up?

I switched to Katar 6 and this is the 1st time I've been d/c since I switched.

Weird

We haven't made any changes to our server since last Wed night (PDT). All the servers are operational.

I am being constantly disconnected AGAIN.

I'm not hooked up to a router, and I called my ISP provider and my modem is working fine. Besides that, I still have internet connection when I get d/c.

My computer has fine specs for this game, halfway between min and max. I have no programs running in the background, including no anti virus. I go into task manager before I play and shut everything down I can. And I was on a server that wasn't congested, after switching to see if that would help.

I've put quite a bit of money into the Item Mall and intend to put more in, and I can't play the flipping game.

What gives?

Ok, since I posted last, I stopped playing my main character, and am playing my pet leveling character who just stands in one spot and beats on a monster with his fists. I haven't been d/c yet on him.

I'm wondering if maybe it has to do with my use on the server. Doing minimal things seem to d/c me less.

Any ideas on this? I'd really appreciate a fix since my xp potion I bought with real money is going to waste because I can't play the character who has it on. And I was in the Prison 1 of the times I was d/c and got back on to find my pet dead, and had to spend $105,000 to release him.



Update:It is now happening on the pet lvlr too. So much for the above theory.

Anybody?

I checked with some of our GMs, and none had any disconnection lately, even with server congestion. I didn't get DC either (but I played only briefly, 30 min or so), so I'm not sure what can be the reason.
