i buy my aeria points via text message buy using paymo iv never had
problems with it until now. i got the text message saying "text the word
pay as a reply to complete your purchase" so i did and then got another
text saying "your payment is complete" but the little green bar that tells
you your progress just staid in 1 stop for hours and i did not receive AP.
I tried again and it did the same thing and still no AP. So dont tell iv wasted $20
and pleas help me
That is weird, usually SMS features are instantly. If you did the procedure of the payment and didn't receive anything, I suggest you go to Contact Us
, and choose the Billing
option. Fill out your tickets there, including your
1.)Transaction IDs which can be found here
2.) If you fail to find transaction IDs, check you're mails and see if you have any confirmation emails regarding this purchase. You may also log onto your account on Paymo, and check your purchase history there and possibly take Screenshots of it and upload it* to submit it as evidence in your ticket. (It should show the name of the company you have done a purchase from.)
