That is weird, usually SMS features are instantly. If you did the procedure of the payment and didn't receive anything, I suggest you go to Contact Us, and choose the Billing option. Fill out your tickets there, including your

1.)Transaction IDs which can be found here.

2.) If you fail to find transaction IDs, check you're mails and see if you have any confirmation emails regarding this purchase. You may also log onto your account on Paymo, and check your purchase history there and possibly take Screenshots of it and upload it* to submit it as evidence in your ticket. (It should show the name of the company you have done a purchase from.)

Next time, you may want to post your issues in the Billing Selfhelp section. Or the 'Self Help' section in the forums of the game you play in. This is an announcement thread Wink

yea i have no transaction id or emails regarding the purches. but i sent a email to aeria and hoping for a reply thanks

can someone expain the Onebip thing cause i made an account and it looks easy and fast.. but i noob in these things thx ^^

log in, then go here: http://my.onebip.com/addfunds

select the amount you want to add then press "top up", they will ask you to send a SMS, wait a few seconds and you will have that amount of money in your onebip account.

go to the aeria billing page and select the onebip option, after that it will redirect you to the onebip page, log in again and select "pay now" thats all
