Hey what lvl do u reccomend the lowest to go into the dungeons?

The level requirement for Akan Raid is 90-110. So the lowest level you can go into that is 90. Personally I have no 'real' lowest recommendation. But the closer your level to the bossmonster, the better droprate you 'should' get. Also, if you wish to drop Akan Skill books succesfully, I suggest you to stay within the level 90-100 range.
