I got problem with logging in ! I keep writing my password and User ID but it says the password is valid... and registered on wp.pl its polish e-mail what to do? plz help

Make sure that your password contains only alpha numerics (A-Z, 0-9) characters. You can change your password in the profile and try again to see if the problem is solved.

but where to change the password.... plz tell me cuz i tryed to do it on the website but it doesnt worked

1 lowercase , 1 uppercase character whats that mean?
