The GMs that I associate with have been at the top of their game Smile No complaints about their job this past month from me. Going on them alone, I'd give the company 4-5.

Bringing the vote down - the website seems to have been experiencing some bumps, glitches, and snags (more frequently than usual). While this may or may not be in your control, I think better server stability should be something that the company strives for. Also, I don't mean to be harsh, but I think the web team needs quite a bit of improvement in their work.

3 - Shaiya GMs are doing a fantastic job, but I would like to see more server and website quality.

EDIT: Fix the exploit. You know which one I mean D:

The new update really sucks. All weapons can't be renewed by vouchers, and also quests for newbies have been altered significantly. Poor new players who play past the new update :/

The good things are just the hardworking Product Managers and the GMs.
It seems that Aeria Browser GM/PM team cares more about the players than the developers do :s

Rejoined LC 3 days ago ... Ignition, Affinity and the Dungeon Time are really making me happy about the situation here. Nice one Aeria! **Hands out a 4**.

Yeah, it's a 4! A lot of bugs still need to be fixed, the first thing u managed to fix (badly), where multiclients, exploits and other type of hacks, trust me, multiclient is still out there, just check quizzes Wink.

AGE, IMO has been doing better in customer service. they do the best with tickets that we send in, and they also let us choose tired spender events (sometimes) my vote is 3
they can improve on some services imo, so i wont name them Smile
my vote changed from 1 to 2 to 3 Smile) keep it up

Aeria worked to hard to get everything fixed as soon as they can.. so my Voted is 5 to thank on the great job Smile

Aeria have been done a lot of great things last 3 months and they still working on more , but the bad thing in game now the big lag we getting and error while we doing something only lol :p
