How to Use Over Enchant System

Please see this thread for details
Hi TS2 Community,

We're introducing the Over Enchant System today which will allow you to Enchant your equipment to 150%. Here's how it works!

How to Enchant to 150%
1) Talk with the Blacksmith and click "Unseal"
2) Place a Seal Break Scroll in the "Materials" slot and your 120% item in the "Equipment" slot
3) Click "Unseal" and your item will become unsealed and reach 123%
4) Now you can enchant your item normally. However, the only material you may use is Gold of Eternity

How the Over Enchant System works
1) Luck does not apply to item enchants over 120%
2) Your item cannot break in the Over Enchant System
3) The Seal Break Scroll will enchant your item to 123%
4) Gold of Eternity is the only enchanting material players may use for Over Enchanting
5) Once the item is unsealed, any successful enchant attempts will increase the enchant level by 3%
6) If an enchant fails (and the item is 126% or above) and the user has a Protection Charm activated, the Protection Charm will be consumed and the item will lose 3%. If the item is at 123% and the enchant fails, the item will drop to 120%, become sealed, and the Protection Charm will not be consumed
7) If an enchant fails and the user does not have a Protection Charm, the item will drop to 120% and become sealed

How to get Seal Break Scroll
1) Seal Break Scroll is available at the Jailer for 300,000,000 silver jeon
2) Seal Break Scroll will be sold in the Item Mall

Nono you see this is how it works. Lets say your item is 123% and you fail it will drop back to 120% and you will have to use that scroll again. But if your item is 126% and you fail but you have a pc it will be 123%. But if you did not have a pc it will drop all the way back to 120% and you start all over again.
