I purchesed some Aeria points through paypal, and i cant use them in the game ! The item mall shows an ingame error and in the site at the Shop section i get this error( NOTE: Your account has been suspended. may not be a bug but what ever it is..its wrong lol i add gears to my cart and press buy then it says i dont have a char well infact i do whats that about ?

For some reason it keep showing the message that i do not have a character.
i have bought aeria points before with no problem so i dont understand why i cant buy any items.

Why the heck does the in-game vendor have no gear to show when the website has lots of gear? Also, why is "tiered spender" not working on the site?
