i can log in fine, and select my chara, but as soon as it loads the gameplay screen i take two steps and i get a message saying ëden eternal has stopped working, it has worked fine until this point , any help ?

It sounds like your computer might be having trouble handling the client.

Try going into options by pressing the ESC button, then click the 'Settings' option and turn down the graphics and such. Turning it off fullscreen sometimes helps as well. I find window mode helps a bit.

Another thing to try is go into a channel that isn't as busy as channels 1, 2, and 3.

I completely reloaded it and turned down the graphics , it seems to have done the trick,
