Theres quite a few options for leveling at 27 sickness. First tell us about what set do you have on what acc's and what weapon(along with the +'s on it). Prokion is the best place for exp and sp up to 35ish or so, but if you want a change of scenery try velpist temple in juno. The stat point distribution before class change wont really ruin your titan, if you put a couple of points into intel or con or dex its not really an issue if most of your points are on str. Also, what server are you on?

only accs i have is this titan pendent which i have no idea wat it does , my str is at 23, dex is at 4 con is at 8 and int is at 1 im planing on becomming warmaster hehe i just love the name but yea so far my weap has +4 and so far one spec ability my armor has mostly from 2-3 special abilities on all parts gloves, helmet, boots, chest and im on the sever that starts with an H and i go to the sub sever called newbies
