Sometimes, players disconnect from the game and the server thinks that the player is still logged in. When this happens, you will get a message saying that you are already logged in and to try again in 5-10 minutes.

This occurs when there is a disconnect from what the server thinks is happening and what reality says is happening. Please allow up to 1 hour for this error to clear. It says 5 to 10 minutes but sometimes it may take up to 1 hour for this error to resolve itself.

If after this time you still receive this error then please send in an RT to Contact Us and explain the situation and we will resolve this issue and "kick" your character so that you can access the server again.

**For the more observant out there, you may notice that this a new procedure from before but as we are getting more efficient with resolving RTs and providing other services, such as payouts and events in a more timely manner, RTs have now become a quicker way to resolve any log in issues you may experience**
