I just sent in another ticket for mine asking where it is...and I put in the url of the original ticket that I sent when I first requested the weapon.

They are really dropping the ball on this one...and they also gave me the stuff from the First Time Spender thing. I think they mixed up the promotions. I hope someone else didn't receive the weapons that we were supposed to get.

Well, seems like a common problem, but I as well didn't receive my Storage Chest (and not even an Item Shelf). I got Armory and Forge all right but what I was really looking foward to was the Storage Chest.

I see they are up on the Item Mall now, why can't they be sent?
