The crowd that gathered was twice as big as the group of mages doing the chant. The light in the middle of the human circle was bright, and growing brighter every minute. Zuo Ci was sitting closer to the orb than the rest, with 3 others in the same distance but at different positions. The crowd looked at the orb, the chanters had their eyes closed the whole time. Suddenly a bright light engulfed the area. It covered the whole of China, but only took a few,speaking on large scale, select people with it. The rest of China did not exist anymore in that time.
Sky snapped awake panting. There was that dream again. It was just a bunch of images. The knife, the child, the blood, the house. He decided to take a small walk to clear his head. As he walked out and looked at the wall, he noticed large pots of ink stacked by one of the exits. They had not been there when he went to sleep. He went over and lifted the lid off one of the pots. He saw his reflection in it, and suddenly remembered.
"Oh heavens, this is not good." Sky cursed under his breath picking up one of the smaller ink pots to bring with him. He searched the small pond by his house to find it empty. He was about to check the sand under it for anything when he came to his better senses. "Yeah, like I'm going to do that when I know a magic crazed psycho that has run around here." He quickly ran to his house, pulled a bit of meat he never ate and threw it into the pond. The mouth was rather odd, and it did exactly what sky expected it to. The sound of chewing died out, and a sword almost shot out at Sky.
"Good lord, I'm just being tried now." Sky moaned, noting the amount of damage it could have done. It was a sword, and it was a very sturdy and sharp sword. It was also the equivilant of a gag item among the items that were currently held by "Him". Sky, having an inkling about what this was, and poked the middle section and it split, with one half of the blade being held on only by a thin string. Most people thought that it was just made that way so all the pieces wouldn't be lost, but sky (and Trey but he no longer has his memory at this moment) knew that it was actually part of the weapon, making a hard to use and control weapon that had a total of 100 sections if crafted correctly. In "His" hands correctly, however, meant downwards of 100000 sections all with lethal cutting power.
As soon as Sky thought it, the sword automatically became sheathed in a very plain holder. "You are handing me a gag weapon. The question is do you want me to get caught or do you want me to do something with this?" At that lonesome speech Sky ran into the house and checked. The fan was there, looking much fresher than the last time it was seen. He picked it up, and attached it to his expanding weapon's stash. The noise was far off, very far off, and Sky was ready for them.
The voice was very loud, and very calm. "Mage, you are wanted by Yuan Shao for investigation. Come with me now, and it won't get dirty!" Leia ended with the sound of rustling armor poorly hidden behind the walls. The door was still locked shut, and Sky knew exactly what he wanted to do.
Leia heard the door open, and raised her fan to attack if needed. Instead of a person there were many colorful orbs slowly floating toward her. She couldn't help but stare at the clear one, with soft sounds of soft music coming from it. In one loud note, the entire group released a large, forceful wave, sending Leia and her guard flying a very far distance away. Sky stood there, fan in hand, looking at the small army in front of him.
"I already told him, I'm not letting him see me, for magic I am assumed to do or any other reason. So, either go away, or be bested in battle." Sky said raising the fan. The wind storm blew many of the men trying to enter the gate and gave Sky room to exit. This was like many situations Sky had been in before, 1 verses 1000. That, however, was not so alone anymore. The charge of red was quite strong, if not large. One man was leading many troops.
Trey, who did not have his memory back yet, ran into the crowd and started killing the yuan forces with haste. The spear, with heads on both ends, was also very heavy. This made it easy to do enough damage to the troops. Sky, at this point, was busy with a clash. Leia had wasted no time in getting back to Sky, and now they where clashing with the exact same fans.
Unlike Zhuge Liang or Sima Yi, both of whom were not known yet, the light fan users, in combat, used them like fans. They currents that were going around Sky and Leia were very strong and knocked anybody away who tried to get in. The sound of the clash was almost calming, aside from the dark skinned man who was currently going all out on the troops.
After a while, Leia finally collapsed and the rest of the gold army ran. The only person left from the gold army was Leia, and Sky knew what was coming next.
"You there, get over here fast." Sky yelled at Trey. Trey came over while the other soldiers chased the Yuan troops. As soon as Trey got close enough the ink jumped out of the container and made a large, black half-sphere around them. Before Trey could get defensive Sky cut him off. "In a short bit you are about to see a lot of arrows. If I didn't go with Yuan I was to be killed. You can leave at any time, but you can't enter again." With that, Trey calmed down.
Soon enough, the arrows flew, and It was interesting to see the way that they stuck in the ink. After the archers ran out of arrows, with a spotter supplying weather or not they could conform the kill, thinking the ink wall was just a large bomb blast, a large figure appeared behind the archers.
