We have recently implemented a new payout process. This new method will streamline the entire process so that it is easier to submit your request and it can be paid out in a timely manner. Please read the following carefully so you can understand the process and ensure a fast payout by submitting your requests correctly.
Submission Process –
- Check Qualifier Date. Do not take any action until the qualifiers are posted on this date. Be patient!
- Once qualifiers are posted, look for and properly fill out the Payout Form. There may be additional instructions, so please be sure you read and follow these.
- Be patient. Once your form is submitted there is no further action that you need to take. Submitting an RT or submitting the form multiple times slows down the payout process.
- Check the Qualifier list. If your name has “PAID OUT” next to it, then you can find your item(s) in your GateMaster Bank.
- If you filled out the form before the cut-off date and the end payout date has passed but you have still not been paid out, then you can Contact Us.
All of the relevant information you will need to successfully request your payout can be found at the top of the Master List
for the current promotion.

This is the form you will need to fill out in order to redeem your prize(s).

During these dates GMs will be working on paying out the promotion.
Cut-off Date –
You can only fill out the form until this date/time, submissions afterwards will not be accepted (not even via RT.)
