Now that we're on this subject..
Is it correct that the more powerups you use (x3 shots, x2 assaults etc), the longer you have to wait for your turn?
(It's a shame that DDTank doesn't have a Turn-waiting list or the like)

I Always thought it was who ever fills their Energy bar first has next turn

Thats basically what it is. Lets say this happens
Player 1 uses 200 Energy: P1 now has -200
Player 2 uses 100 Energy: P2 now has -100
Continue adding numbers until 1 person has 0
P2 will have 0 first.
P1 now has -100.(this is because they added 100 to get P2 to 0 and you do that to all of them.)
P2 uses 50 energy
Continue adding umbers until 1 person has 0
P2 will have 0 first
P1 now has -50.(this is because they added 50 to get P2 to 0 and you do that to all of them.)
P2 uses 200
Continue adding numbers until 1 person has 0
P1 will have 0 first
P2 now has -150(this is because they added 50 to get P1 to 0 and you do that to all of them.)
Thats basically how I think it is. Every time someone uses energy, it continues to add until 1 of them has energy to 0. Now, if theres multiple people and maybe more people get 0 at the same time, they probably uses the Agility to determine who goes before the other person. Theres probably a lot of random variables I haven't thought of that they could use, like maybe instead of the Agility to determine who goes before the other if they both hit 0 first, maybe its random and it uses their Luck to determine who goes first. I'm not the game dev, lol. But I'm pretty sure thats how it works for the most part.
Remember, I don't exactly know how it works, but that seems like the easiest way to tell everybody how it happens.
