I'm not sure about
isolation between races part, I mean in Iris no matter what race...we all gather in Randol. At least for now, I don't see any isolation between elves, titans, and humans (unless I misunderstanding what you're saying).

Are these armies mentioned in game...I really don't recall xD but then I haven't been playing that long. Do these armies exist in current game? (Nothing wrong if they don't..just curious)
