Why is that I never receive a RQ# anymore when I use the Contact Us link? I never know if you guys actually receive my email or not (I always send myself a copy of it so I do know that it gets sent).

I used to get them and nothing has changed on my computer. I don't use AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, or any of the other free services, I go through a major cable company.

hmm... i never try it wit my cable email but my Yahoo one i have receive RQ#. i might have to take a look at it
