well they better sue all the fansites for posting information about AGE games not including the wiki because aeria owns that...i think...

the theme is copy righted but i didnt take the themes from GF and use it for another game/website/what ever

you can still enjoy the game and all of its content while using.

2.doesnt give an advantage
(except something to brag about to your GF buddies)

IMO, I don't think its against the ToS if its a simple color change, but when you use trademaked licenses like Final Fantasy and Zelda/Link.. that is where it could be against the ToS.

That and the bgm folder..everyones proud of there custom BGM not once have i heard about a person getting banned by it...

what about signitures? i see some have GF chars from wallpapers down to fansite pack images even from ingame and im sure they didnt file a request to use the images it was just created by a DIE HARD FAN OF (insert game here)

agreed but heres where profit comes into play

big companies dont care if ppl use there images aslong as they arent making profit out of there work

and its not publicly realeased...its for private use only im not letting the whole world use it...

take for example

have you ever been to Mcdonalds and you got one of those paper tray covers and they have "games" on it like mazes and hangman or what ever

and you fill it out...

and you keep it...

you put it somewhere safe so only YOU can USE it or in this case "See" it

maybe you keep in your room in plain sight and your mom wants to copy it and send it too your grand ma

now your grandma has a copy of Mcdonalds tray cover with your work on it...

now what?

keep in mind that there is a "©" and/or "®" on that tray cover
