no xp loss kicked in friday

and ive been waiting since then for it to switch off so i can do somthing as i need all my alts to not level

main 98.8%
farmer1 99%
farmer2 97%


but this is the 5th day now, just wondering if its now permanent or someone forgot to switch it off?
