yeah i purchased enough during event to get second tier but only got first one but ohh well last time i sent an rt took over amont to get it resolved not like i bought the second tier package it was a gift but i didnt receive it go figure it more hassel to rt and wait and keep asking someone to pass rt than what prize is worth sometimes

Did anyone that got tier 3 get their sp and stat gems? cause i got packages but not the gems. Not sure if that part is paid out yet. just asking to check with others.
