Good night people of Shaiya!

I played the game all over the CB and, unfortunetly, had some little lagging. It was heavier in areas with lots of players, what is very common, no surprises.

But, when OB is on its way, I would like to play Shaiya smoothier, so appeared my doubt:

what should I upgrade (if theres money to only one of them) hardware or broadband connection? Bellow is my actual system and connection:

Intel Celeron 2.53 GHz
1,00 Gb RAM
GeForce 4 FX 5500 256 Mb

and an internet connection of 400 kbps

So, what should be priority to play Shaiya better? Swapping celeron for pentium or leave the pathetic 400 kpbs for decent 2 Mbps???

GET RID OF THAT VID CARD!!!!
IF you have A PCIe slot, get a 6800, or even a 8500GT.
The 6800's are going for about $60 US, while the 8500, with DX10, is going for $79 US.
But, you are right about the processor, get a "real" pentium.
You are certainly in a fix;
The broadband will help...A LOT
A new processor will help...A LOT
A new Vid card will help...A LOT
In the end, tho If you don't mind playing at low rez (which you probably already are
I would go with the broadband first.
